RUINED expensive clothing and would not compensate – I took a brand new $2400 silk dress there, plus very expensive and also new silk sheets, and they RUINED both - the sheets came back with large burnt-in marks from an oil and the dress came back with tears at all the seams and burn marks. They would not compensate me in any way other than to refund the dry cleaning cost for those items. Using ACME was an extremely expensive mistake.
