My kitchen was remodeled 15 years ago with Showcase cabinets, but using a different cabinet company. A hinge on a corner cabinet failed recently. Although the cabinets are under a limited lifetime warranty, Showplace refused to deal with me directly and said I had to go through an agent. She walked me through every step and helped me make my kitchen something spectacular. She was able to suggest everything from flooring to tiling.
