Almost caused a wreck outside of llano bc they let cars come both ways which in turn made a traffic jam on a one lane road. Then because of their mistake the cars that had the “right of way” were caused to have to wait again for this mistake. Had everyone not been paying attention that was driving this could have been really bad.
