Very unhappy with customer service regarding information about the stone we ordered.. Promises were made and calls were never returned.. The manager got very smart-alec and was no help at all.

Lady was rude in the showroom. Insisited that I DID NOT have work done by them and I provided proof. Then she says "We dont do that anymore!"

I just wanted to let people know most importantly people needing a bricklayer never use Steve Tippen!!! Unfortunately I found out to late he is unprofessional lazy will lie to you and not even finish a job!! Just wanted to give a heads up so no one has this same problem!
