Not convinced by everything, I find viennoiseries way better at Rotha and La Fournée, and breads better at La Fournée, but still quite good. I love their Long Italian.
It's only bread till you get here. Fantastic texture and flavors and selections. Great price too. Young lady with the metal was a great yeastologist. Introduced me to cheese flaps.
