Can't recommend this place enough. Riding for 10+ years, never got a fit. Got a fit done with Greg and learned a ton as we played around with my setup on their custom fit machine/tech. Fit had amazing results on performance and comfort. I also asked for recommendations to upgrade my current ride or for a new bike entirely, and Greg came back with a range of options across groupsets, wheelsets, and new rides. Had my fitting w Jonathan — he was very detailed, thoughtful and supportive throughout, a real pro. Tons of experience. Ended up ordering a custom Ti bike through him. It was a superb process start to finish. Excellent customer service. Very responsive. Always there to give valuable candid feedback. Would not hesitate to recommend Acme or Jonathan. A true first class local bike shop. Go support!
Fantastic shop for fitting and higher end bikes. Jonathan is the best fitter around, no joke. Worth every penny.
Great boutique shop. Really caters to individuals who are looking for a specialized touch and fitting. The owner Jon was very meticulous from start to end. He was patient with changes and road bumps that came up along the way. The store tends to appeal to a different clientele than what you may find at other popular shops like R&A or Strictly. Would highly recommend this!
