They’re awful! Not only did they charge my card 3 times, but when I called the girl I spoke with was completely rude, saying “I’m doing last call, you have to call back in 15 minutes” and hung up the phone in my face.. so you basically perform fraud and then do nothing about it?! 🏽👍🏽 I’ll just call my bank and have them handle it..
Went in with my two children aged 11 and 12 and my husband. Around 4:45 today. We sat in a booth. There was a blonde girl behind the bar that didn't acknowledge us for a good 10 minuets. When she did say something to us, it was a server will be right over. Waited another 10 minuets no server, that's when we got up and walked out. No they were not over whelmingly busy, there was maybe 6 people at the bar. No other booths in the restaurant. Two servers standing at the end of the bar flipping their hair never came to us.
