I knew the original owners Julius and his sons Larry, and Jay. My mom was a secretary their for over 10 years and my step dad was a contractor in the 90s and I can tell you first hand that they are dedicated to the service they provide from building and fabricating your awning frame to regular up keep they are hands down the best in NYC and tri state area. Don't look any further your in great hands here.
By all means, they deserve more than 5 stars. One of the most straight forward, honest and experienced companies in new york. They were very patient with my building's tough design approval process which went on for 2 months only to be shot down at the end. They provided plenty of design revisions without complaining and gave very valuable advice throughout.
