I had a great experience with ACME Auto Repair. They did a job other shops were unwilling to do (attach the spring to the new strut I brought to them for my wife's Subaru Forester XT), and did it quickly, professionally, and for a fair price. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again.

I want to share my experience with Acme Auto Repair. I own a 1955 Chevy show truck. I brought it in to have a stainless steel gas line installed. I needed this completed for a car show over the Father's Day weekend in Calistoga. I noticed some classic cars parked outside of this shop, so I took the chance. I purchased the new gas line, fittings, and a rubber flexible line that connects the gas tank line to the new fuel line that runs along the frame rails. I was told the repair would take two hours and cost a certain amount. I was also told there was no way my car had two air conditioners. Came in for air conditioner service got here and he told me I had to leave the car for two days I waited four days for this appointment. It’s ridiculous.
