Though it was convenient to have a doctor who was close by it was not worth the poor customer service. There were many instances when I was sitting in the waiting room and I saw the receptionist intentionally ignore calls. There were also a few times when I would call the office and listen to the menu options only to have someone hang up on me when I had finally been transferred to the receptionist.
