Compared to past experiences at other RRH labs, where interactions with staff sometimes felt tense or unwelcoming, this visit was a refreshing change. The team here was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly, creating a positive and supportive atmosphere. I’m looking forward to returning to this location in the future.
