I had used them for years. This last time I dropped off a machine they did not respond over the course of several months. I called several times, told I would get called back. Nothing. Called again, same thing. Finally received quote. sent back saying yes please fix. Nothing. called, told they were waiting on a response from me. resent saying yes please fix.
