Most wonderful experience working with Simrat! Every morning walking into my custom closet feels like a dream and I couldn’t be happier! The other closets, shower doors and mirrors throughout the house all turned out beautifully. I’m very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them!
Horrible customer service — stay far away from this company. While their pricing may seem reasonable at first, that’s about the only positive. The owner completely stopped answering calls and messages. It’s been over four weeks with no communication. On the rare occasion he does respond, he promises to come the next day, but never shows up and then goes silent again.
