Nightmare quality. Laminated glass panels need to be replaced multiple times due to chips and cracks or damaged during delivery. The most recent replaced glass panels still have multiple chipped areas but they don’t even bother fixing anymore. Closet was redone 3 times due to wrong measurements. And still not done right as they signed acknowledging pre drilled holes but there’s none. The quality also suck, all the closet board edges are so sharp I already cut myself multiple times. Most wonderful experience working with Simrat! Every morning walking into my custom closet feels like a dream and I couldn’t be happier! The other closets, shower doors and mirrors throughout the house all turned out beautifully. I’m very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend them!
Horrible customer service — stay far away from this company. While their pricing may seem reasonable at first, that’s about the only positive. The owner completely stopped answering calls and messages. It’s been over four weeks with no communication. On the rare occasion he does respond, he promises to come the next day, but never shows up and then goes silent again.
