THIS SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED I received my evaluation in April of 2025. Several weeks later I sent a text asking if my paperwork had been submitted. She responded by what I can only describe as a DRUNKEN TEXT at 3 a.m. saying "I did" Apparently just asking about the status of my paperwork angered her. Ms Shuey from the East Peoria office intentionally filed a forged document to the State that showed my assets were $11,407 higher than they actually were, totaling over $22,000 which disqualified me for Medicaid. I am 85 years old and have had help from ACM for over 5 years. I was terminated with no warning or nothing. I have called them over 10 times with no results. How is this legal? If someone can answer this question l would really appreciate it.
