I brought my truck to ACM Auto Sales Certified Auto Repair for an inspection on July 12, 2026. I was told the passenger-side ball joint needed replacement to pass inspection. I authorized the repair and was ultimately charged $1,026.38. The truck was at the shop for approximately a week. About three weeks later, the passenger-side strut failed. I’ve been to ACM auto a few times, my experiences have been good, my only problem was one time they quoted me one price, and once the work was complete, i had to pay almost double the quoted price. I understand work can take longer depending on the vehicles condition, but charging almost double the price seems a bit excessive, they also should’ve called me and made sure I was okay with it.

Didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. Mike was so kind, and I feel like he did a great job, at a decent price.

Was quoted $600 and it was turned into $1500. Would recommend any other place in oromocto.
