I called this guy so he can shampoo the interior of my Honda Odyssey I even wasted my time sending him a video of the interior upon his request and he completely ignored me I sent him about 10 text messages and called him about 5 times and he just ignores me...I don't know what kind of customer service this is but to all you other people don't waste your time with this guy find someone else that is more professional.
