I had an appointment for a fasting blood draw the morning after Christmas. Sidney and Kathy "tag-teamed" my appointment. They were both welcoming and pleasant. They had to contact my Dr.'s office to revise a DX code and to verify a secondary insurer noted on my order. They were extremely patient and thorough. The actual draw literally took seconds while many minutes were spent clarifying the paperwork details. Phlebotomists do SO much more than draw blood! I really appreciated their helpfulness and clarity.
Amazing and Quick. Kathy (hopefully I spelt that correctly) is AMAZING at her job and so kind. Made my fear of injections disappear. Thank you Kathy.
