Tech was very rude. Spoke in front of other people violating my privacy. If specimen was insufficient could have run 1 test instead of throwing away. Left large bruise dt not using butterfly which others always use.
Not a fan of this place. Staff is really cold.
My recent two visits were very professional and efficient. The staff working there couldn’t have been more pleasant.
The old women took 20 minutes trying to figure out how to use the computer. My little one couldn’t move her arm for a day without screaming and when I finally got to see her arm where she was given the shot, it was bruised black. Don’t take your child here.
I had my blood drawn today and waited for an hour and supposedly 36 min waiting time. Per staff, she called and pronounced my last name incorrectly and never called my first name.I came and talk to the staff but treated so mean. The staff was so rude and won't accept her mistake. The two staff even refused to do my blood drawn. Fortunately , the other staff Zipora took me without hesitation.
