I have called 5 times trying to have a simple question answered and after half an hour I've achieved nothing but intense frustration. I've been transferred between a dozen different lines all of which eventually hung up on me without explanation. Truly a worthless institution if the intent to actually help people.
Please do not go to this lab. They do not know how to help patients. It is the more inefficient disorganized lab I have ever experienced.
Please save yourself the headache and go to any other lab. The way they make patients wait to talk to someone is insane. The instructions they provided are convoluted.
I can see why they have a 2.3 rating. They are seriously incompetent here. I tried 3 times to have my Dr in TN order my bloodwork, and they can't seem to figure out how to receive a fax, or look up the order on the EPIC system. I wouldn't trust them to take my temperature.
Literally did the wrong blood test, didn't even ask me to confirm. I will never go back here again
