Please do not go to this lab. They do not know how to help patients. It is the more inefficient disorganized lab I have ever experienced.
Please save yourself the headache and go to any other lab. The way they make patients wait to talk to someone is insane. The instructions they provided are convoluted.
I can see why they have a 2.3 rating. They are seriously incompetent here. I tried 3 times to have my Dr in TN order my bloodwork, and they can't seem to figure out how to receive a fax, or look up the order on the EPIC system. I wouldn't trust them to take my temperature.
Literally did the wrong blood test, didn't even ask me to confirm. I will never go back here again
Staff is not friendly. I came to pick up a kit for a lab and was surprised I wasn’t given any written instructions with it. When I returned to drop off the lab I still had to sign-in and wait in the same queue as everyone there for lab draws. This is very inefficient and I think a drop box should be considered. When I was called back to return my lab I found out that the sample had to be returned within 7 days and their system wouldn’t accept it because it had been 8 days.
