I can see why they have a 2.3 rating. They are seriously incompetent here. I tried 3 times to have my Dr in TN order my bloodwork, and they can't seem to figure out how to receive a fax, or look up the order on the EPIC system. I wouldn't trust them to take my temperature.
Literally did the wrong blood test, didn't even ask me to confirm. I will never go back here again
Staff is not friendly. I came to pick up a kit for a lab and was surprised I wasn’t given any written instructions with it. When I returned to drop off the lab I still had to sign-in and wait in the same queue as everyone there for lab draws. This is very inefficient and I think a drop box should be considered. When I was called back to return my lab I found out that the sample had to be returned within 7 days and their system wouldn’t accept it because it had been 8 days. Easy to get registered - considering we were new to advocate health care - nothing in the system yet. Nurse was expedient.
When you come to drop off a lab sample you still have to sign-in and wait like everyone that is waiting for their labs to be collected. This is very inefficient and I don’t understand why they don’t have a drop box if your sample is labeled appropriately. When I asked if there was somewhere to give feedback on this process they didn’t know so I’m leaving a 1 star review here.
