Horrible!!! The front desk staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. I work in the IMMC building, I came downstairs to get supplies … I went up to the desk and I soon as I said “Hello” the woman shouted “you gotta sign in”. I told her I wasn’t a patient .. I work in the building and need supplies. She went on and mumbled “ I don’t know… ask the tech” if you don’t know what you’re doing what are you front desk… why are you working there?! So unhelpful. Should be 0 stars.
Front desk was nice, whatever technician I had afterwards was rude, making faces after every question I answered and about to fall asleep. Guessing a violent hangover or desperately wants to quit.
Service was fast if you’re there early. The person taking the blood is not very friendly and left me a huge bruise on my arm due to blowing up my vein.
I have called 5 times trying to have a simple question answered and after half an hour I've achieved nothing but intense frustration. I've been transferred between a dozen different lines all of which eventually hung up on me without explanation. Truly a worthless institution if the intent to actually help people.
Please do not go to this lab. They do not know how to help patients. It is the more inefficient disorganized lab I have ever experienced.
