The employees were rude and in a rush! And after leaving an item at lab. Upon arriving to retrieve? THEY! had closed early! And was forcef to return.
They are quick
The waiting room chairs are filthy. The bathroom in the lab was broken.So you get to use the bathroom in the hallway, which was also filthy.And then you get to carry your specimen through the hallway. Such a not so pleasant experience.
I went there today no appointment but I was able to get in. As soon as she put me in the room she tells leave you belongs outside of the room in a chair. She asked few questions and she couldn’t find the blood work orders . She gives me a note and said called them to fax over here very rude. If she would take 1 minute she would notice that the doctor did send but apparently to the hospital. She didn’t try. She was very rude, I was still standing and she kind of told me to get out of the room . And I have been going there for... read more
Love this place! Made an appt thru my LiveWell appt. Was told to arrive by 7am for a 7:15. Checked in, was taken back about 5 or 6 minutes after 7. Very professional, staff is the best and quick!
