The worst experience at a laboratory! They do not go in order of your arrival, and even though you have an appointment, other patients end up getting called before you. Waited over an hour after appointment time for simple bloodwork.
Made an appointment on line for 9am Saturday. 23 minutes late. Very nice phlebotomist! After an initial issue with registration, in the end, the experience was good.
My appointment was at 2 pm. I arrived 1:55 and checked in. Waiting room was packed and hot. People waiting in hallway. At 2:10 still no contact with a human and no idea when I will be seen. They need to do much better. I would go elsewhere next time.

I made an appointment because they clearly state online, they honor those first. That is not the case at all. I sat there while three people without appointments were seen before me. I was then told they alternate. Then change your policy on your website. They also forgot 3 tests on my order for my CBP. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
