I made an appointment online for my labs. When I arrived the check-in person cancelled my appointment and put me in line as a walk-in. So now here I sit 30 minutes past my appointment time waiting to be called back behind about 20 people. Also she cancelled my follow up with my doctor tomorrow. Not happy with this place at all.
I always get my labs done here because the phlebotomists are top notch. My veins like to hide, but they are always able to find them.
If you're doing labs for bloodwork, enter on the left side near the urgent care side! There is a big LABS sign on the righthand side of the atrium area where you can check in. If you get lost like me, ask the staff at the desks for directions. This place is open until 6pm which is convenient for me. Staff drew my blood without any issues. Aurora lets you do labs at any Aurora lab location which is convenient.
