I made an appointment online for my labs. When I arrived the check-in person cancelled my appointment and put me in line as a walk-in. So now here I sit 30 minutes past my appointment time waiting to be called back behind about 20 people. Also she cancelled my follow up with my doctor tomorrow. Not happy with this place at all.

I always get my labs done here because the phlebotomists are top notch. My veins like to hide, but they are always able to find them.
