I came for labs and had trouble signing in and there's no one at the reception desk to ask for assistance, which is what the kiosk directs.
The worst ACL lab I have ever been. They are constantly delayed with the test results or they don't provide any results at all. They draw the blood but don't run the test. I had to call each time to ask to update the results online. They don't provide any information why not all test are performed even they took the blood for testing.
It was super fast 10 min in and out
My daughter and I came here this morning to have blood drawn and had a great experience with Stella as our phlebotomist! She was very friendly and efficient!
I brought my son in for bloodwork today, and he was extremely nervous and scared. The woman doing the labs was so wonderful, kind and patient. She went out of her way, way above and beyond, to help a scared kid feel comfortable. She got him water, calmed him down and answered his questions. I was so thankful and impressed! She made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier!
