Unfortunately, my experience with ACL Lab was disappointing. The staff displayed a subtle rudeness that made the environment uncomfortable, and their overall demeanor came off as unwelcoming and unprofessional. I expected a higher standard of courtesy, especially in a healthcare setting.
Made an appointment online the day before for a blood draw. I arrived two minutes late. The gal who checked me in was polite and efficient, the phlebotomist (Alysa) who took my blood was friendly and fun, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Rock star team today. 🤩
