Came in for 3 hour glucose testing. Told them I had to do a blood draw initially before drinking the beverage and they told me they didn’t. Waited an hour to be told I cannot continue with the test since an initial blood draw was not done. Fasted for over 12 hours for a mistake that could have been prevented. Wasted time, missed work, for someone that got training to do this not do their job properly.

Both employees who work here are stellar at finding small veins. In other places, folks have trouble finding my veins, but they are great at what they do. Sometimes the wait is long, sometimes you’re seen right away. I find going on weekends have long waits, but when I go at 745 am on weekdays, there is a short wait.

I think they do not understand what an appointment is. I had a 9:30 for blood draw. Arrived at 9:10, even earlier than the 9:15 they said. Sat in the waiting room until about 10:05. Finally called and done in about 5 minutes. I won’t be back. There are other labs that actually understand appointments. Gave two stars because the draw itself was fast and virtually painless.

I, we, the family always have such wonderful experiences with the lab techs-ladies at this location. They're always friendly and very personalble. We have been coming to this location for years. Have never had an issue.
