I think they do not understand what an appointment is. I had a 9:30 for blood draw. Arrived at 9:10, even earlier than the 9:15 they said. Sat in the waiting room until about 10:05. Finally called and done in about 5 minutes. I won’t be back. There are other labs that actually understand appointments. Gave two stars because the draw itself was fast and virtually painless.
I, we, the family always have such wonderful experiences with the lab techs-ladies at this location. They're always friendly and very personalble. We have been coming to this location for years. Have never had an issue.
I want first time in this location it’s very nice clean and great staff. Allah bless them all .
