Went here for blood work, unaware that they were in the process of a remodel. Also didn't know that they were not keen on walk in appointments for lab work. The lady who helped me was very friendly, did not make me feel like I was an inconvenience at all, and squeezed me in no problem. Honestly I wouldn't have known that I needed an appointment until I sat down and noticed a small sign stating the newer policy. Grateful to the staff for being so accommodating. Thank you!!!
