The phlebotomist in the lab has been extremely unprofessional and rude to myself, several members of my family, and other patients on every occasion. She gets mad that people come to get their blood drawn and she actually has to work for what she is being paid for. Her behavior is absolutely ridiculous and if I were her manager I would seriously inquire into her desire to continue in the field she is in, let alone wanting to be employed at all, because she makes it very clear she doesn't want to work. Was sent from another aurora because the lab there was closed. Didn't tell me I needed an appointment because order was put in from Dr. People here we're rude when I told them I didn't have an appointment. Will go elsewhere in the future.
