I had two active insurance since I recently left an employer and they turned me away and said to call my employer or insurance I couldn’t be seen. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to live civilized, when you have individuals working in hospitals whom are supposed to help you yet sit there upset and ask if you had an appointment when nobody is there waiting then not get assistance since I had 2 active insurance with different group numbers. Terrible customer service.
The worst! They make you wait to drop off.
I've been using this lab for years, over time this place looks run down, bathroom is clean for specimens, however I don't care for this place, I love music but the music playing that day was not appropriate for that type of setting.
So convenient! Friendly staff, and easygoing atmosphere!!!
