I want to share my honest experience with this job in logistics, and I urge you to listen carefully if you're considering applying. The leadership here is incredibly poor, with directors and supervisors who set employees, especially couriers, up for failure to protect their own positions. There’s a lot of bullying happening—I've personally experienced it—and it creates a toxic environment that no one should have to endure. Leadership in logistics is horrible. If you were to trust a stranger once in your lifetime then today is the day. Even the current drivers will say, “this is the worst I’ve seen it due to very bad leadership.” This place definitely needs a union because there’s so many laws being broken and leadership love to play favorites. If you are looking for the opinion of a person speaking from the point of view of temporary worker then , here it is. Well maintained parking lot and road to the building. The parking is free if you work for the lab. Right now in this snow storm season they are doing a great job of keeping up with clearing the service road leading into the parking garage.
