Came late, 1/2 hour before closing. Unfortunately the labs I was requiring were not the usual labs. Because of my past experience with the "other" lab that was in my insurance network, I was certain that I would have to endure a bad attitude and "encouragement" to come back when there was more time...INSTEAD, the lab tech took the time to contact my doctor's office, ask some pertinent questions and painlessly drew my blood. Everyone should get their blood drawn from Bruce. He can find veins and stick them, with not a hint of a bruise. I am basing this on the many times I have gone to this ACL lab facility. He is the ONLY reason that I keep going back to this particular lab. He is also very efficient with doctors orders and all manner of paperwork. ACL should value him as an incredible employee. I have been to other ACL labs, but they all pale in comparison. Great job, Bruce!
