An excellent service was provided by James from ACL . The booking process was easy, an early date agreed,. On the day before the first visit an email showed when he would arrive, and this was updated during the day. Having diagnosed a faulty condenser pump on my Heat Pump Tumble Dryer, I was phoned a week later when the new pump was in and agreed a dated only a few days later for its fitting. James fitted the pump in 20 minutes, tested the machine an re positioned the dryer. All round a 5 star service.

ACL attended my appliance multiple times over a period of approximately seven months, all relating to the same ice maker fault. During this time, several parts were replaced and I paid around £470 in call-out fees and repairs. Despite these repeated chargeable visits, the appliance has not been successfully repaired. In later correspondence, it became clear that the underlying issue was linked to the original fault, which was not correctly diagnosed at the outset. Harriet from ACL arranged a repair on my Samsung washing machine, before she was willing to book an appointment I was told I needed to send a video as they needed to hear the problem themselves. I will be honest in all my years of owning washing machines this was a new experience and one I found frustrating as I shouldn't need to prove there was a problem with the machine to get an engineers visit.
