Jennifer & Ackman have gone out of there way to make sure we are happy. We tried to replace just a slab on a door to save money. It unfortunately did not work out. Ultimately the new unit looks great & functions well. Over the last 5 months they have answered all emails quickly & have come out numerous times to get it working well. Not a typical situation and we appreciate how they handled it.
Ackman Glass is polite, professional and prompt without being pricey. I was afraid replacing my window would be too small a job for Ackman Glass but from my first call for a quote to the installation of the new window, I was made to feel that I was a valued customer. Thank you Ackman Glass and associates! You're an asset to the community. I'm going to spend the rest of the day looking out my wonderful replacement window. 😊
We had 12 windows and a door replaced. Service was outstanding and the windows and trim look great!.
