If I could give them 10 stars. They went out of their way to winterize my boat. The work done was excellent, they went over the boat and explained what work should be considered in the spring.They are just as friendly and knowledgeable as they sound on the phone. Ackley"s Marine will be the one's servicing my boat in the future, they should be the family owned company servicing your's also.
Well we all know the boat season is short.with that said . They worked on my boat and I feel they went above my expectations. Quality work was done and a understanding of what I wanted. I Will use them again as needed. Thanks guys for getting me out back on the water. No one wants to have there boat at the repair shop, I feel they go out of there way to make the repair happen in a reasonable time frame and at a fair price. Thanks Mike
Initially impressed and now not so much. I called on Monday and spoke to a really nice lady. I was in a jam and needed to get my boat winterized. I am usually handy but more thanhalfway thru the job I just didn't have the space for my bad back nor the right tool to get the hoses off the front of my boat motor to add antifreeze to the fresh water system. I had an impending storage facility appointment in 4 weeks. She said she would talk to the mechanic in a little bit and get back to me. She quoted a price of $250 but she'd s... read more
They took the time to explain the process to me, made sure that my anxieties/ worries were calmed before we left. Made sure that all of my questions were answered. Extremely honest and great customer service which I believe are the two most important qualities of any repair business.
Yes we 100% recommend Ackleys! We took our Sea Ray in with a rough running condition and they repaired exactly right and for a fair price they gave us no bs no empty promises no foolishness like we have received from larger more established marine repair shops we will strongly recommend Ackleys to everyone we know don’t waste your time and money going elsewhere
