Dr Ackland, Dr. Ross and Patrick were great from our first meeting through Rotator Cuff Replacement surgery then recovery. They explained each step of the process and answered every question and concern I had. Also, I wanted to mention Ms. Beatrice, Vanessa and all of the professionals I was in contact with. I can't say enough about the entire team. Five stars to everyone.
They say that in order to build a successful practice, you need to hire people who are driven and talented people who pay attention to details. Dr. Ackland has absolutely succeeded in hiring a team that created an environment that caters to patients like myself that have lots of questions and concerns. Beatriz is the absolute best. She goes above and beyond with the scheduling of appointments, sending me my records and now doing the leg work to get me started with physical therapy. Dr. Ackland and Patrick provided excellent care from the initial consultation all the way through surgery, recovery, and physical therapy. They took the time to clearly walk My husband through every stage and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Ms. Beatrice and Vaneusa Rosa was also incredibly kind and welcoming, both over the phone and at the front desk, which made the entire experience even better.
Dr. Ackland and his PA Patrick Evans are amazing. Personable, knowledgeable, and very patient. Have been a patient at this location for well over a year and switched to them from another ortho office and couldn’t be happier with the entire staff. Would give them 6 stars if I could! Recent surgery with staff so can attest to their skills and dedication.
I have been a patient of Ackland Sports Medicine for better part of 5 years. I work with PA Patrick. He & his Staff are simply amazing. They really listen to me & are proactive with my requests, recovery & health. I have & will continue to recommend them to anyone who requires their services.
