Loss my vision. Cataract surgery with the Doctor putting in the incorrect lens, second surgery to correct along with poor management of my eye pressure with a detected retina. He never did want to clam any fault. I choose to seek medical attention at a different practice. He cause a life time of vision loss in my right eye.
