My GPS didn't work when they gave me car back & they said it was my fault. After 2 visits, they still couldn't figure it out, I took it to a different dealer who explained it wasn't connected! Dumb!
Ask for Darwin. I hate the car buying process and the games you have to play. This was stress free experience and I think we both had positive outcomes.
