Thank you Dr. Townsend for a clean and well run facility and business. I don’t like to go to the dentist. However because my mom took my sisters and I when we were young I go to this present day. However I have ran across a few good dentist out of my 63 years. Dr. Townsend and his entire office is the best ever. I’m grateful to God for them. The whole crew is very friendly and easy to work with. Writing this review to give my favorite dental hygienist, Britney a shout out! She is always so sweet and attentive.
Shanelle was very responsive to my requests and aware of my comfort level. Great attitude throughout the office where everyone helps each other.
It had been a while since my last cleaning, but Chanel was professional, thorough and kind. It is always a joy to visit this office with the most amazing staff in town!
I still favor going to Ackerman & Towson no matter how many jobs I've had over the many years. The service has not changed and is as professional, caring, and engaging as ever. I enjoy coming to the office every 6 months. What a wonderful staff!!!
