Ackerman & Towson dental clinic has been my dentist for more than a decade now. me & my husband can’t thank enough for their very good customer service & excellent care. Cindy, Norma & other oral Hygienists are very good in what they do. Dr Ackerman & Dr Towson are very nice & good Dentists and the Receptionists are so sweet & kind. Keep up the good works guys. Saw Dr Madisetty today to have him take off old crown and prep me for a new one. He is awesome. Everything you want for a dental examination.
The staff and doctors are incredible. My daughter loves Chanel who does such an amazing job cleaning my daughters teeth. My daughter has zero pain tolerance and is a neurodivergent teen, so things that are easy for most of us, can be pretty challenging & difficult for her. Chanel is so kind, helpful, extremely good at her job and is truly a blessing.
Love this place for the genuine care start to finish. The front desk gals always have a warm welcome and remember who you are. They can pickup on what we spoke about 6 or more months ago. The care given from either dentist or hygienist are thoroughly explained and carried out with care.
From placing the initial call, to the actual first appointment, this office is so friendly, professional and top notch. I highly recommend them. I am such a baby when it comes to having dental work, but they were patient and personable. 5 stars 🌟
