Thank you Dr. Townsend for a clean and well run facility and business. I don’t like to go to the dentist. However because my mom took my sisters and I when we were young I go to this present day. However I have ran across a few good dentist out of my 63 years. Dr. Townsend and his entire office is the best ever. I’m grateful to God for them. Our 1st time there. Staff very polite and professional. Office is very high tech. Little bit of sticker shock for the work needed. However, Dr was very thorough explaining xray results. Very close to home. I've already advised family members of this experience and they should soon be going as well!
I enjoyed coming here, they make you feel like at home and so comfortable. My hygienist is very good at what she does and Dr Towson is so nice and informative, he takes time to explain and make sure I understood every thing and not make me feel rushed. Also, Dr Madisetty did a wonderful job on my procedure that I can trust him with any dental procedures. Everyone in this place has good vibe and harmony. Definitely recommending my friends to come here!!
I’ll keep saying it, Brittany is an artist - Super skilled Hands and a kind heart. She almost makes it fun to go to the dentist office. And Dr. Towson Continues to be super helpful and knowledgeable. They are a great team and I’m thankful for the coverage to have them.
I highly recommend Ackerman & Towson Dentistry. Everyone, especially Dr Brian Jow, is great. I went in several days ago after an old crown came off. They took an x-ray, examined the tooth and discovered a cavity had developed under the crown that had killed the tooth's nerve. As a result, (BAD news) I scheduled a root canal for next week. The GOOD news is this can be fixed before the tooth completely falls apart. If this hadn't been found, I would have needed an implant - more costly and complicated procedure.
