If you are looking to spend 5 times the amount your furniture is worth, this is the place for you! They charged my husband almost $2000 to fix (glue) and repaint a rocking chair worth $200! For this price, I thought they must have infused gold into the paint. Not so, plain white! I’m sick and can’t even look at the piece of furniture. Can’t believe no one told him to just go out and buy a new chair?!?!?

Disgusted with this business. Taking advantage of a man that’s health and mental clarity is clearly in decline and tarnishing a memory of a valued item because it is now associated with such negative feelings makes me incredibly sad there are people who exist that operate this way. I would imagine any reputable business would have the moral high ground to tell someone who is not of sound mind to pursue a different plan of action. Do better.

I didn’t receive any updates for over 7 weeks, so I called a few days before my planned departure to check on ... read more

My standing desk top had a finish that was sticky and breaking down and didn't match the new furniture in my office. Ackerman & Sons did a beautiful walnut stain with a smooth finish that looks gorgeous and makes it feel brand new. Great communication throughout the process and very reasonable prices. Check out the before and after photos.

These guys and gals do excellent work. As a 30 plus year wood worker, I was picking up furniture for a client, their work was excellent and getting a tour of the shop I was overly impressed
