Reasonable pricing, good and timely work, very transparent and polite service/install techs.
I honestly had quite a negative experience with Ackerman plumbing. I replaced my standard water heater with another standard water heater at the price of over $2,000, which I learned in retrospect was far too much. They had no explanation for the price inflation, just said that's how much they charge. Perhaps worse, the technician broke a piece of piping and a piece of my furnace and he didn't tell me. They worked with my schedule and got out to my place quickly. Matt was very friendly and got things done quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them for anything plumbing related.
Ackerman plumbing specifically Matt S. was amazing. He diagnosed my problems quickly and took the time to explain everything to me. There was no mess left behind. He did above and beyond what I expected the services to be. Will definitely work through Ackerman again.
