Had a water leak and needed help ASAP. They were there in 30 minutes. Personable, reasonable rates and got the problem fixed immediately. What a life saver! Love these people. And they do restorations as well.
Hugh was outstanding. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. He quickly fixed the plumbing issue and took the time to thoroughly check the system to make sure everything was safe and functioning properly. His attention to detail and professionalism gave me real peace of mind. I would absolutely recommend him and would not hesitate to call Ackerman plumbing again.
I called at 8:00 for a tub drain issue, and was able to get scheduled for an appointment the same day (two hours later)! Kim, the scheduler was very friendly and accommodating, giving me all the information I needed and answering my questions. My service technician, Hugh, was fantastic!
