Called to schedule a visit due to our outdoor hose spigot leaking into the basement. The dispatcher got us scheduled for a time slot the next day and Matt, our technician, arrived promptly by that time. He quickly diagnosed the issue (cracked pipe to the spigot), broke down the work he would need to do, and quoted us the all-in price for repairs. Matt’s repair was quick and clean and he answered all my questions. I would definitely use Ackerman again for my plumbing repair needs!
Ackerman Plumbing recently helped us with a complete redo of our bathroom. That included replacing everything in the room from top to bottom. New onyx shower, vanity and countertop, mirrors, toilet, lighting, flooring and painting. They went above the call and found a sub-contractor to provide wallpaper installation on an accent wall. We can't say enough good things about our bathroom renovations and experience working with the professionals at Ackerman Plumbing. Cory, Matt, and Charlie, along with several others from the team were all great to work with. The process went as planned, with regular communication throughout. Their trusted suppliers made the selection of materials relatively quick and easy. We would gladly recommend Ackerman for anyone looking for a bathroom refresh/remodel.
Couldn’t get the drain unclogged myself, so I called Ackerman. Matt was kind, patient, helpful, clear. He figured out the 1920s plumbing - vacuumed the drum trap and fished a gnarly nest of hair out. This is my first time calling a plumber so I don’t have context for price fairness but he was up front about costs.
