After taking my money, Jose Santiago never responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I made multiple attempts to contact Jose, all of which failed. He made multiple motions to delay my case without ever consulting with me. Finally had to replace him with a competent attorney, due to the fact that we were 1-2 weeks away from starting mediation and over the course of 6 months, Jose and I had NEVER spoken on the phone or met in person to discuss my case!!!!!!!!
