Half my house is unable to have ductwork. I started Ackerman off with a small two head mini split system. They did so good I gave him a second 2 to one mini split system. Now they just finished a huge project installing a 3 ton unit and all new ductwork. Joe, the owner who does the estimates and the install and the maintenance did a very good job. I JUST HAD A NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM INSTALLED AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. ACKERMAN EXPLAINED WHAT I NEEDED AND ALSO WHAT I DIDN'T NEED FOR THE BEST RESULTS. I DIDN'T FEEL PRESSURED TO BUY MORE EXPENSIVE SYSTEMS LIKE SOME COMPANIES TRY TO GET CUSTOMERS TO DO. I WANT TO THANK JOE AND HIS CREW FOR A JOB WELL-DONE.VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Joe is a great guy and good mechanic! As owner and installer he does quality work. I am a retired electrician so I know what I’m talking about. I had Joe estimate and install a new heating and cooling system and he and his helper did a great job !The installation took place in July while the new outdoor unit was purring quietly with my new efficient variable speed fan motor but I wanted to wait until it kicked on these last few chilly mornings to get a sense of the heating side of the equipment. I can't say enough about the work that Ackerman did for me. First I was having a dryer installed and I needed duct work fixed in order to install the dryer. While other companies gave me days or weeks to come out, Ackerman was there the same day and the work was complete the next day. When the dryer installer came out he complimented the work and called it "very professional". Then I had an issue with my AC during the hottest week of the year.
