Joe had a no-pressure truly consultative approach that made us very comfortable. His price was lower than the competitor and with a much better HVAC unit. I suggest you not buy an HVAC replacement or repair without giving Joe a look. Highly recommend!
We had Ackerman out to install a whole-home bypass humidifier, add a new vent in our basement, and install an Ecobee thermostat. Overall, really happy with how everything turned out. Joe (the owner) actually went out of his way to call the manufacturer to make sure the humidifier setup was right for our house. That meant a lot to me — it showed he cared about doing it correctly, not just getting it done. We contacted Joe to address the lack of adequate heat in our basement Family Room. His fairly priced proposal gave us four options to choose from and he thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each one. The installation went as scheduled.
