Had a terrible experience with them. They needed constant reminder to show up and do the work and didn’t even turn the furnace back on when the repair was done
Had furnace issues called Ackerman they were speedy, easy to work with and fixed my problem. no issues since. Reasonably priced as well
Had a new heat pump/hvac system installed in either December 2019 or January 2020. They claimed it was top of the line and would be perfect for our home. The AC has never worked right. Most summer days it won’t kick in. My house normally gets to 85 degrees or higher during the summer days. They have came out numerous times with only excuses. We had a waste oil heater installed in our shop. Within the first couple days of use, we had to call the fire department to put out an attic fire. One of their employees was on the fire department and told us this was not the first time something like this happened. They also stated had we waited 15 minutes longer and it would have ended up being a total loss. Then they sent me a bill for the original install plus for the remedy to ensure it did not happen again. I didn’t seem them repairing the damage.
