Para mi siempre an funcionado muy bien tuvimos problemas en los aires de las traerlas que rentamos y solucionaron el problema muy bien y en Casa. También he tenido situaciones y no he tenido ningún problema con ellos. Para mí son muy confiables.

Had furnace issues called Ackerman they were speedy, easy to work with and fixed my problem. no issues since. Reasonably priced as well
Had a new heat pump/hvac system installed in either December 2019 or January 2020. They claimed it was top of the line and would be perfect for our home. The AC has never worked right. Most summer days it won’t kick in. My house normally gets to 85 degrees or higher during the summer days. They have came out numerous times with only excuses.
