Very helpful, friendly. Was able to do the oil change promptly while I waited and explained just what they needed to do to fix the AC. Coupon was also a nice addition to making it a very positive experience.
My wife had a flat tire in Ashland I blew it up and she drove it to Ackerman auto and they fixed it and the gentleman in the office was perfect and we got our car back in an hour. Outstanding service.
I was extremely pleased with the service I had here. My car had to be towed in for a brake issue and they got the car in as fast as they could, offered great communication and answered any questions I threw at them. Will be returning here for future work, without a doubt.
