Beautiful views, delightfully remote, off the grid, and a fun (but not difficult) hike to get there! There is also a geochache for the more adventurous climbers out on the rocks...bit of a challenge! The best view, by far, is from the camode. Open air, and sights for miles. Love it here. Can't wait to come back!
I don't recommend this place. It is in the middle of nowhere. Our car got super dirty. We didn't have any cell service. The bathroom has no privacy. It rained and hailed on us. There's nothing to look at besides trees and mountains when you get to the top. It's just a cabin on a rock. Instead I would recommend you visit one of the fun Oregon State Parks!
Super nice view. Beautiful sight, hands down. There is some service up there, but it depends on your service provider.
Fantastic stay. Short but quite an incline to get to it with food and gear. Would do it again in a moment.
