Acker Paving resurfaced the chip&seal on the roads within our development. They provided an estimate that specified a 3-year warranty, and signed a contract which specified all work to be done, and made the estimate language a part of the contract. Some of the work was not done properly and some of the work has not held up and needs repair. We have tried to contact Acker Paving numerous times via email and phone.
