Ack Dental is incredible! I had a dental emergency and they got me in that same day. I had never been there before. The dental emergency was worse than I thought and was extensive. Dr. Pavie was so wonderful and patient with me, considering the entire procedure took almost 3 hours of their time, to do everything I needed done. I had a follow-up appointment for stitch removal and was shocked by the billing. I was originally quoted $450, never received a bill, and had already paid $300 over the phone. At the appointment, my balance had been increased to $815, including charges for retaken X-rays (due to the office losing my original records) and an additional examination I had already received. The receptionist refused service unless I paid the full amount immediately and was very rude. The manager later said she was unaware of any policy that would... read more
