Darren attended my property to seek an explanation for intermittent issues with my EV charging. He was engaging and informative throughout the visit and whilst no specific issues with the wiring or charge unit were found I have peace of mind that faulty wiring / installation have been ruled out as causes. I will continue to monitor and would have no hesitation in calling again for future work. Top work!
Adam and Darren helped me out of a tricky situation where another provider had issued an unsatisfactory EICR and quoted £1,200 for remedial works. ACJ rearranged their schedule to visit the property, inspect the issue, carry out the necessary remedial works, and re-run the report — all within four working days. Adam and Darren were genuinely concerned about me having to pay twice for the report, and their charges for the re-run and repairs were more than fair.
