I wish I had believed a number of other bad reviews who had significant trouble with this contractor. When I asked him about the bad reviews, he explained them away, and I believed him. Don’t fall for it. After my project was denied by my Township zoning board and fell through, Antonio refused to even have a discussion about returning any of the nearly $5000 deposit. I would strongly advise against using A.C.J. Contracting. We hired him to complete a kitchen project at our home, and it turned into a very stressful and costly experience. During the project, he failed to pay the cabinet supplier, which resulted in a lien being placed on our home—something no homeowner should ever have to deal with. Just had our entire kitchen and bathroom and laundry done with ACJ contracting. He was able to install these huge 24x48 tiles throughout the entire layout. He was neat, efficient, and was great with the communication. We are definitely going to use them for future projects.
