I was struggling with the electrical system on my van (built by another company out of state). I was so happy to find ACI Vans here in **, and even happier that it was a quick fix!
I was traveling through ******* and had an issue with my Espar heater. I needed a replacement fuel line and called multiple businesses to find the part without success. Found ACI Vans online and even though they build vans, I thought maybe they could direct me to a supplier that they use. They picked up the phone on the third ring and said they had what I needed. When I got there, they were super helpful and got me what I needed. Very impressed with their response and their willingness to help. Highly recommend ACI Vans!
I went to ACI Vans because I had problems with my electrical installation (done by another company). They fit me in with an appointment the same day I called them (even though they had **************). ******* was extremely patient and professional. Absolutely love the Communication and working with this company ! They worked with me and walked me threw step my step on achieving what I needed . I love that they never hesitated call or reach out if something changed . My sprinter van was definitely more than what I expected for my family and I .
This van build has exceeded our expectations and the quality is amazing. Cant wait to go full time in this beast. In addition, their customers service is second to none.
These guys are awesome. Helped me mount a grey tank under my Sprinter and turned out better than I expected. Didn't even have to wait, stopped by for a quote and they did it on the spot. Recommended
