Absolutely a major rip off. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had them ship materials from Houston tx to Kansas city. Was suppose to be her on Friday. Didn't make it to Kansas City until Saturday. Called and said if you want you can come and pick it up at our location. I sent my employee over at time and a half to pick up. They said they don't deliver on Saturdays. I said not a big deal.
