Stay away! Horrible company that can't even deliver a small package! 0 stars STAY AWAY do not give them your business. LOST MY PACKAGE!
Terrible, if I could go back i would never have even bought my stuff. Spent days trying to contact them over a missing package with no response and then when i finally did it was half hearted and showed no care. They aren’t a certified delivery system everywhere so they don’t even have access to most apartments which causes they’re employees who don’t speak english to call you and try and figure out where to deliver the package. Shameful 0/5 stars
No communication. Still no delivery 3 weeks later. I would give 0 stars.
Reggie just delivered a 600+ lb pallet to our home. He was so polite and knew exactly what needed to happen to get the job done. He even DIYed his own mini ramp to be able to roll his little forklift onto driveways!! this man needs a raise!! Communication by ACI was great and we really appreciate the help and service. Thank y’all so much!!
ACI Motor Freight does and outstanding job at a very competitive pallet rate! We utilize their service from Tulsa, OK to Belle Plaine, KS and also Ft. Worth to Houston as they run daily for virtually overnight shipments. I highly recommend them! Some of the other reviews about being understaffed are valid. I have met with the owner and they are diligently working to resolve staffing issues during this post covid labor drama that we find ourselves in...
